Macbook pro: glossy or matte display?

Hi, I am stuck in a rut.
Should I get a glossy or matte display? I really have no preference, I am trying to base my decision on the mean of everyone’s choices. I know this is idiotic, but I have no choice.
If you could give me a a
matte
glossy
that would be great.

Matte.
Gloss gives a slightly better picture because there is no diffusion from the rough surface of the matte screen. But the reflections from a glossy screen really bug me.
To diffuse and reduce reflections is the reason the matte screen is matte.
